These are the Rules for Trinity Star Ragnarok Online. the following in the next few posts applies to ALL servers owned by My self. as a side note, i have respect for all players who follow my rules and will listen to all of you but if you break the rules i have no more respect for you, not just your character, and respect is something i take very seriously

Rules for RO: {This applies for Legit Players and GMs playing on Legit Accounts}
-Don't kill Steal {KS} other players unless asked to
-Don't harass other chars {Which includes sexual harassments and Repeated Asking for items/Zeny/Buffs}
-Don't Use any 3rd party programs
-Don't Vend in Streets or on NPCs no matter how useless the npc {this includes the Main town/Market place Prontera}
-Don't spam Skills in town unless you are doing any of the following
--Testing your asura speed
--Dueling
--Getting rid of Ice Wall by using skills/Land Protector
-Don't impersonate GMs
-Don't Hack the Server OR other Accounts other than yours
-Don't place Warp portals on people with open shops or chats
-Don't place Warp portal on Spawn points
-Don't Buy or Sell Accounts
-No advertising other servers {this will be judged by a GMs opinion of Advertising and ran through the Admin}
-No Use Real life Money or items for ingame items and vis versa
-No Buying or selling Any 3rd party programs or Macro programs
-Don't Use Macro
-Don't beg for Real money
-You Can only have 1 Deathnote
-No Dupping
-No Point Farming
-No AFK Farming

Note: if their is a GM impersonator take a screen shot {SS} and ask in the forums if the person is a GM, if it is a legit account like mine i will claim that it is me, and if it isn't a GM then we will reply with "banned, thank you for your time"

What Can happen to you:
-Ksing can get you a 3hr to 3 day ban {Depends on severity of the ks}
-Harassment can be a 2 day ban
-Botting can result in an Perma Account ban, then IP ban, and repeated Botting Will Result in Law Suits due to the 3rd Party Act enacted by the United states congress.
-Vend in streets or on npcs will result in 1hr jail time
-Spamming skills will result in 2 day jail time
-Impersonating GMs will result in Account ban
-Hacking will result in IP ban
-Warp portal placement will result in 3 Day Jail time
-Other rule breaking will be sentenced by a GM as they see fit.

Durring case of Account ban:
All items and Zeny will be striped and Sold/Put into a GM charity
All chars will be deleted
and the account will be reactivates after 2 weeks

Durring IP ban:
All items and Zeny will be Striped and put into Charities
All Chars will be Deleted
Ip address will be reactivated after 1 month.

Durring Jail time:
Accused Char will be places in jail
Use of all Skills will be taken
all PvP
When killed items will be dropped
will respawn in jail

Durring Ban Time:
accused char and items on that char will be un-usable until char ban is up


How you can ban someone
this is how you can ban somebody all require screen shots. 2 SS's are better than 1

Bot Baning: {Must have the following with a * in front of it.}
*Refuse to talk, or dont make a chat room of what they say
-walk away when you talk to them
*dont respond when you PM bot check
-have php at the end of their name. Ex: Alarm Mask php
-people who have the name of an item in their name. Ex: Alice Apron
-Teleport away when you talk to them or just walk into the room
*Have an SS of the persons name

Buy Baning: {Must have the following with a * in front of it.}
*buying with chatroom saying they are buying an area/php/macro Ex: B>Macro Champ Mod
*if they scam you out of Money Ex: using silver coins instead of mythril of bronze instead of gold {Trade MUST have been completed for this to be valid}
-sell unmagnified items
-false advertising on Chartrooms
-Ask for Dropping dealed items {This you cant really get ban for this it's up 2 u if u trust the person}
-log off and dont come back on after giving them the first part of the deal {if more than 1 deal is necessary}
-Selling Accounts
*Have an SS of the persons name

GM Banning {Must have the following with a * in front of it.}
*is someone has GM "insert name here" without their name and guild being in yellow or them being in the GM Guild
-somebody says their a GM and cant prove it
-people PMing you asking for your user name and password to give you an item {if you wanna make them mad give them an account you dont use anymore}

Other Banning
-Warp portal on spawn points {in WoE and in regular Game play}
-KSing {if it is intentional. so 2 Warnings MUST be given}
-spamming skills in towns
-Harassments
-People who set up shops in the streets of pront and block npcs near the fountain
-Hacking the Server OR other Accounts other than yours without permission
-Placing Warp portals on people with open shops or chats
-Abuse of Ice Wall to restrain chars or keep them away when not in duels/WoE/PvP {It's stupid i kno but it even gets me annoyed when people complain about it}
-Have an SS of the persons name

Harrasment:
-Cursing out you or your character
-obsessive asking on asking for donations
-all harrasments must happen as repeated harrasment. so keep SS's of both harrasments. and please take SS's after the convo
-you cannot ban someone if they are not harrasing you.
-if the player is harrasing you and will not leave you alone
-Have an SS of the persons name

Selling/Buying 3rd party programs
-Have a SS of the Chat room
-Have an SS of the persons name
-Have an SS of inside the chat room

Point Farming:
-Showing a character killing the same person over and over and it is not a grudge match {as in someone is pissed their getting killed so they keep endaging in random duels. this can only be seen as the person being killed does not fight back}
-Show both character names

Macro Banning: {this must be a video. all points need to be in the video for it to be valid}
-Name of the accused macro user. this must be seen CLEARLY
-Show of their fastest spam. you can achieve this by using fraps randomly and agree an accused macroer
-a video 30 seconds or more of PURE fighting. please the only intro i want to see in the video is the name of the macro user.
-No Cellphone vids unless your cellphone is really good.
-please i prefer u use fraps. i will try and post a link to a full version.

what you Cant ban for:
-Duel Clienting
-people AFK in towns/market place/Dungeons {i know it sounds weird but trust me on this one}
-people with chats with S>/B> "insert item here" Leave offer
-people with high aspd {unless it dosen't make sense to the class}
-Leaching
-Zerk Skill used for a reason for someone botting
-Zerk skill in normal Game play
-KSing in MVP
-Spamming skills in dungeons
-people asking for Items/Zeny/Marriage/Adopting
-having GM in their Guild ranking
-having high damage
-using God items in Duels
-using skills in duels you or your opponent say not to use
-using items in duels you or your opponent say not to use
-using skills before duel begins
-instant cast any time
-people bringing strong monsters to Warp portals of dungeons.
-people not buffing you
-people not giving you items
-people not giving you zeny
-people not giving you information

~No PMing a GM While an event is being held
~no Fangirl or Fanboying a GM While an event is being held
~durring events Hide, Cloak, and Chase walk is not allowed. only Hide is an exeption IF you use raid, backstab, or Grimtooth after Unless said otherwise. you can only use those skills durring a PvP Event.
~Obay any other Rules that is designated no the forums, or a GM states

So, Sidewallk vending would be implemented?

I would assume we're gonna make a Vending area.

Good, Because I have already tried a private server with the sidewalk vending policy in Prontera and it sucks like crap.

Nah, It wasn't aeRO aeRO nowadays have a specific map which you could vend to.
I think it was called ZNRO it was the oldschool priv server with like 99/70 levels.

yep i hate sidewalk vendors for many reasons

1. they clutter the map
2. its impossible to get through a map without clicking on something.
3. it reminds me of the sidewalks here in the Philippines (it is God awful the vendors never leave their stalls so they piss in plastic bags and throw it on the street. X_X EEEEEEEWWWWWWW!!!!!)

When're the times for B4NH4MM3RINGS going to be posted.

I mean I'm already banned lol.
